If you’ve been following my blog lately, you know I’m no longer doing web design.  I’m taking Emcie Media in a new direction.  Effective immediately, Emcie Media is a Corporate Training and Communications firm.   Actually, it’s a new direction for the company, but not for me.  I’ve actually been in training for most of my career.  I was the Computer Support and Training Coordinator for the State Judiciary in Vermont, and it was actually my work on a major training program for the US Army that led me into web design in the first place.  So now I’m going back to my roots, and I truly couldn’t be happier.  If you’ve ever attended one of my seminars, you know I’m really good at training, and you know how much I love it.  So I’m now focusing on corporate training as my primary occupation.

To help me launch the NEW Emcie Media, I’ve developed a one-hour training program on Customer Service that is designed for audiences of 5-20 people.  It’s light-hearted and fun (Well of course it is – It’s ME!), but it’s serious business, and it can be a real game-changer for an organization.  I’m looking forward to bringing “Ten-Fold Customer Service” to medical offices, restaurants, banks, and retail organizations all over central Florida, because the ROI can be so phenomenal.  I believe that an investment in bringing really awesome, over-the-top, wait-till-I-tell-my-friends customer service to your business is like doing anything good for someone else – It will come back to you tenfold.
